"More evident oak than on the 2022, which has had longer in bottle. Smells spicier, more cedary, a little richer, too. Fuller-bodied but equally elegant and piercingly fresh. The acidity is higher than in the 2022 but is balanced by the greater weight in the mouth. Long, intense, and could do with another year in bottle - and should age well after that. "A more ambitious white, the 2023 Branco Reserva was produced with 81% Viosinho, 17% Gouveio and 1% Donzelinho that fermented and matured in French oak puncheons. It's aromatic and expressive, with floral notes, white fruit and a smoky twist. There's some lightness, citrus freshness, some spices and a textured mouthfeel. It has good ripeness and 13% alcohol while keeping a pH of 3.09 denoting freshness." Drink 2025 - 2028 92/100" Luis Gutiérrez on Robert Parker
