Shipping policy
- Delivery costs: We offer free delivery within England and Wales for orders over £100, otherwise the delivery cost is £10. To qualify, the order must reach this amount once any offers or discount codes have been applied. Most deliveries will arrive between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.
- If you're in Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands we're happy to deliver with a small supplement to cover extra transport costs. Please email info@qpa.pt with your order and address and we'll send you a quote.
- We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days however, our logistics partner are receiving a high volume of orders currently and are asking customers to allow 5-7 working days for their delivery. Thank you. We'll endeavour to keep you updated when you order if delivery will be significantly delayed.
- Our couriers normally deliver Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
- Please note that we cannot despatch orders over a weekend or a bank holiday.
- At exceptionally busy times (e.g. Christmas), please be aware that delivery times may be longer than normal.
- Our driver normally asks for signature and/ or proof that the recipient is over 18 on delivery. Given the current situation, to promote customer safety, and adhere to current Government guidelines, customers will have an option as to whether or not they sign. If you agree to have your wine delivered without signature, or left in an unsecured location (e.g. porch, neighbour, in the dustbin), responsibility for completed delivery passes to you and we will accept the assurance of our courier that delivery has been completed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES
If your order or part of your order is broken in transit, we will issue a refund for the broken items or arrange a replacement. Should your order arrive damaged we ask that you note down the damage with the delivery driver when receiving the goods. If you sign for the goods without doing this, we will assume they have been received in good condition.
If the wrong products are delivered to you in error, we will replace them (provided we can still supply the product(s) from stock) or have them returned to us and issue a refund.
If you are not able to receive delivery and you do not rearrange it with our courier within their specified time frame, your order may be returned to us. Should this happen, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent delivery attempts.
