QPA Prova No 10 Tinto Cão & Touriga Nacional is a fruity and crisp wine, with notes of cherry and raspberry, marked by great freshness and lively acidity. Aging in amphora enhances the purity of the fruit and the elegant texture, resulting in a light, mineral, and very balanced profile.
Showing aromas of cherry and red fruit which flow through to a delicate palate with earthy notes and a mineral finish. A great match to grilled cod with olive oil & garlic; roast chicken with herbs & lemon or suckling pig.
